Our response times are targeted at 2 hours during normal working hours and 4 hours outside of normal working hours.  Lift entrapments are attended to within 30-60 minutes at any time of the day.


It is our policy to replace original components only with those either directly sourced from, or made to the same standard as the original manufacturers.
